Flat brushes

Flat brushes are manufactured according to the customer's requirements, made from sheet or semi-finished, made on work centers with the possibility of performing holes and other workmanships. Drum materials are chosen according to their use (Plastics, Aluminum, Bakelite, Wood). Insulation is done with special machines and can be supplied with synthetic monofilament (Nylon, Polypropylene, etc.); Animal fibers (Pig hair, horse hair, mane hair, Goat hair); Vegetable fibers (Tampico); Metal fibers (Steel, Stainless, Brass, Bronze) or with blends. Brushes are finished with grinding on work centers that guarantee brush flatness.
